This guide will walk you through the necessary actions to be taken in preparation for setting up your TrackBee account.

Before installing TrackBee to boost your e-commerce tracking, make sure your settings are properly set up. This quick pre-installation checklist helps ensure everything runs smoothly and that TrackBee performs at its best, right from the start.


1. Disable Password on Webshop:

  • Ensure that the password protection feature on your webshop is turned off. TrackBee requires unrestricted access to your site during the integration process.

2. Disable External Tracking Applications:

  • To prevent any data discrepancies or conflicts, please disable or uninstall any external tracking applications you might have previously used on your webshop.

3. Review and Clean Additional Scripts:

  • Navigate to the scripts section of your store.

  • Thoroughly review any scripts, especially those related to tracking or analytics.

  • Delete any scripts that contain pixel-related information to ensure there's no conflict with TrackBee's functionalities.

Important: If you're uncertain about a particular script or its functionality, please capture a screenshot before deletion. Send this screenshot to our customer service team for further guidance.
