Setting up your TrackBee account
This guide will walk you through the process of setting up a TrackBee account in preparation for integration with your Shopify store.
1. Access Account Creation:
From the TrackBee website, navigate to the top right corner.
Click on “Try for free”.
2. Choose a Sign-Up method:
To create an account you can sign up with Google or your Email address. Select the option most convenient to you.
Read the terms and conditions and tick the box to confirm you agree before moving on.
3. Tell us about You and your Company:
Next, we'd like to get to know you a little better.
Enter your name and company details, let us know how you found us, and add a discount code if you have one.
Verify your phone number by entering the SMS code we send you.
Note: TrackBee will never call you. We'll only send you a one-time SMS. For further support, our team is available via WhatsApp.
4. Add your Marketing Agency:
By following the steps to connect you can invite your Marketing Agency to your TrackBee. You can find more about this feature here.
5. Welcome to the TrackBee Dashboard:
After successfully creating your account, you will be automatically redirected to the TrackBee dashboard.
This dashboard is where you'll manage and view your e-commerce tracking data.
6. Enter Organization Information:
From the TrackBee dashboard, click on 'Add organization information'.
Enter all relevant information pertaining to your organization.
Click “Save” to confirm and store this information.
Completion:
Congratulation! Your TrackBee account has been setup!
