This guide will walk you through the process of adding your Shopify store to TrackBee for improved e-commerce tracking.

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the process of adding your Shopify store to TrackBee for improved e-commerce tracking.


1. Navigate to the Stores Page:

  • Access the TrackBee dashboard.

  • Go to the "stores" page.

2. Name Your Store:

  • Enter your Shopify store's name as you want it to appear within TrackBee.

Note: You can change this name at a later time if needed.

3. Install the TrackBee App:

An on-screen installation guide will be presented to assist you through the process.

  • Click on the provided installation link.

  • Follow the steps to install the TrackBee app on your Shopify store.

4. Generate an API Key:

  • In the TrackBee dashboard, navigate to "Generate API key".

  • Copy the generated API key.

5. Enter the API Key in Shopify:

  • Access the TrackBee app within your Shopify dashboard.

  • Paste the generated API key.

6. Enable App Embed:

You will be automatically directed to the App Embed settings.

If not, follow the subsequent steps.

  • Navigate to App Embed Settings:

    • In your Shopify dashboard, go to "Online Store".

    • Click on "Customize store".

    • On the left side, select "app embeds".

  • Enable App Embed

7. Validate the Connection:

  • Return to the TrackBee dashboard.

  • Check and confirm the successful connection between TrackBee and your Shopify store.


Completion:

Congratulations! Your Shopify store has been connected to TrackBee!

Once you’ve connected your Shopify store to TrackBee, refer to additional entries or guides for instructions on adding Ad accounts / Pixels to TrackBee or understanding the functionalities of the dashboard.
