How do I delete the Pinterest App from Shopify to prevent over tracking?

Multiple tracking applications running simultaneously can interfere with your primary tracking setup and may lead to issues such as double-counting of conversions. By deleting these additional tracking solutions within Shopify you will prevent data from being over tracked.

Note: Keep in mind that it is necessary to leave the Pinterest App installed when you have TrackBee's Pinterest Conversion Booster enabled. Simply ensure you remove any existing Pinterest tracking code snippets from your website before proceeding. Now both systems work together seamlessly!

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard

Open your preferred web browser and navigate to Shopify.
Here you can Log in, using your store credentials.

2. Locate the Pinterest App

Once inside your Shopify admin dashboard, you can locate the Pinterest application by using the universal search bar.
Enter "Pinterest" into the search bar and execute the search.

3. Access the Pinterest App Settings

This search will direct you to the dedicated page within your Shopify environment.
Here, you will be able to access the tools necessary for modification or removal of the Pinterest application.

4. Open Pinterest's App Options Menu

Within the Pinterest app management page, locate the options menu represented by the three-dot icon (...) in the top-right corner.
Click on this options menu to display the available actions.

5. Uninstall the Pinterest App
