Introduction
When using TrackBee, it is important to ensure that no other tracking solutions are connected to your Shopify store. Multiple tracking applications running simultaneously can interfere with your primary tracking setup and may lead to issues such as double-counting of conversions. By deleting these additional tracking solutions within Shopify you will prevent data from being over tracked.

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard
2. Locate the OnePixel App
Once inside your Shopify admin dashboard, you can locate the OnePixel application by using the universal search bar.
Enter "OnePixel" into the search bar and execute the search.
3. Access the OnePixel App Settings
This search will direct you to the dedicated page within your Shopify environment.
Here, you will be able to access the tools necessary for modification or removal of the OnePixel application.
4. Open OnePixel's App Options Menu
Within the OnePixel app management page, locate the options menu represented by the three-dot icon (...) in the top-right corner.
Click on this options menu to display the available actions.
5. Uninstall the OnePixel App
From the drop-down menu, select the option "Uninstall" which will be labeled in red.
6. Confirm uninstallation of OnePixel
Here, you will be asked to indicate the reason for uninstalling the OnePixel app.
After this step, you will be able to confirm the uninstallation by clicking on the red ‘Uninstall’ button.
