Understanding your payment history is essential for managing your account. This guide will walk you through the steps to find your invoices on our platform. Whether you need to review your charges or keep track of your payments, accessing your invoices is straightforward.

1. Log into your account.

  • To see your invoices, you need to log into our platform.

  • Enter your username and password on the login page to access your account.

2. Access Subscription settings.

Once logged in, navigate to the personal settings area:

  • Go to the Top-Right Corner: Look for your account icon or name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Open the Settings Menu: Click on the icon or your name to open the settings menu. Upon clicking the icon, you will be automatically redirected to the Personal Settings page.

  • Select 'Subscription': In the top menu, find and select the option labeled 'Subscription'.

3. Finding your Invoices in Payment History.

  • Go to Payment History: On the Subscription Settings page, look for the tab named 'Payment History'. This area stores all records of your past payments.

  • View Your Invoices: Within the Payment History, you will find a list of all invoices. They are typically sorted by date, making it easy to locate the specific invoice you need.

  • Download or Print Invoices: If you need a hard copy of your invoice or want to save it for your records, look for options to download or print the invoice directly from this page.
