Understanding your payment history is essential for managing your account. This guide will walk you through the steps to find your invoices on our platform. Whether you need to review your charges or keep track of your payments, accessing your invoices is straightforward.
1. Log into your account.
To upgrade your account, you need to log into our platform.
Enter your username and password on the login page to access your account.
2. Update your Organization information.
Please ensure that all information about your organization is added completely and accurately. This is crucial for a seamless upgrade experience and for the proper functioning of your new plan's features.
3. Access the Upgrade option.
Once you're on the dashboard, you have a couple of ways to navigate to the plan upgrade option.
Direct Access from Dashboard: Often, you can find a quick link to upgrade your plan in the bottom right of the dashboard. This is the fastest way to access the upgrade options.
Via Subscription Settings: If the upgrade option isn't available on your dashboard, follow the steps below.
Go to the Top-Right Corner: Look for your account icon or name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Open the Settings Menu: Click on the icon or your name to open the settings menu. Upon clicking the icon, you will be automatically redirected to the Personal Settings page.
Select 'Subscription': In the top menu, find and select the option labeled 'Subscription'.
4. Selecting your New Plan and Completing Payment.
In the Subscription Settings, you can upgrade your plan:
Select Your Desired Plan: Review the various plans available and their features. Choose the plan that aligns best with your needs.
Confirm and Proceed: After selecting your new plan, confirm your choice. You will then be guided through the necessary steps to provide payment information.
Redirected to Payment Gateway: Upon confirming your plan selection, you will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment gateway, to complete the transaction.
Enter Credit Card Information: Currently, the only available payment method is via credit card. Please enter your credit card details on the Stripe payment page to finalize your plan upgrade.
