TrackBee Insights connects your store data to Claude and ChatGPT. Ask a question in plain English and get answers across every ad platform you run. This article shows you how to get the most out of it from day one.

Start here if you haven't checked in for a few days. You'll get a cross-platform summary across Meta, Google, and any other connected channel.

Cross-platform attribution

Which channel is contributing the most to revenue this month?

Settled against TrackBee's first-party shopper profile, so the answer isn't just what each platform claims for itself.

Saturation check

Are any of my Meta campaigns showing signs of audience saturation?

Getting sharper answers

Insights gives sharper answers when you scope the question. Add a date range and a channel, and the skill picks the right tools and the right slice of data automatically.

Generic question

"How are my ads doing?"

You get a broad overview. Fine as a starting point, but you've left intent on the table.

Scoped question

"Which Meta campaigns dropped in ROAS over the last 14 days, and what changed?"

Insights picks the right skill, the right time window, and gives you an action you can take today.

You don't need to memorise slash commands. Describe the job in plain English and Insights routes it correctly. If something in an answer looks off, ask "show me the data behind that" Insights surfaces the raw numbers so you can verify in your TrackBee dashboard.

Double-check the MCP server URL: https://insights.trackbee.io/mcp

Permission error on sign-in

Your account needs to be added to the access list. Contact your TrackBee rep.

"Personal plugins" missing (Claude only)

Update Claude Desktop to the latest version. The Cowork plugin surface ships in recent releases only.

Skills not appearing (Claude only)

Confirm the plugin is installed and the connector shows as active in Customize. Restart Claude Desktop.

App not visible in ChatGPT

Confirm you're on Plus or Business. Free ChatGPT doesn't support custom MCP apps.

Answers feel generic

Add a date range and channel — e.g. "for Meta over the last 14 days".
