TrackBee Insights connects your store data to Claude so you can ask questions about ad performance, campaigns, and conversions in plain English. Setup takes about 5 minutes and has two stages: install the plugin, then add the connector.
Before you start
You need an active TrackBee Tracking account and Claude Pro or higher. Free Claude plans do not support custom connectors. You also need the Claude Desktop app installed, the web version does not support plugins.
Stage 1 of 2: Install the TrackBee plugin
The plugin gives Claude the skills it needs to read and interpret your tracking data.
1. Open Claude Desktop and switch to Cowork in the left nav, then click Customize.
2. Under Personal plugins, click +, then select Create plugin, then Add marketplace.
3. Paste the URL below into the URL field and press Sync.

Don't see Personal plugins? Update Claude Desktop to the latest version. The Cowork plugin surface is only available in recent releases.
Stage 2 of 2: Add the Insights connector
The connector is the live link between Claude and your store data. It lets Claude read your ad performance, campaign metrics, and funnel events in real time.
1. In Claude Desktop, go to Menu, then Customize.
2. Click Connectors, then +, then Add custom connector.
3. Fill in both fields using the values below, then press Add.
Name: TrackBee Insights
Remote MCP server URL: https://insights.trackbee.io/mcp
4. Sign in with your trackbee.io credentials. Claude will link the connector to the stores your account can read.
Permission error on sign-in? Your account has not been added to the access list yet. Contact your TrackBee rep and they will add you within the day.
Verify it works
Start a new conversation in Claude and type the following:
List my stores

If you see "No stores found", your account does not have access yet. Email your TrackBee rep and they will add you within the day.
