Set-up guide for adding Meta back-up pixel access token

This guide explains how to securely add a Meta back-up pixel access token to your account. The back-up token acts as a fail-safe, ensuring that no data is lost when the main connection drops.

Steps to Get Started:

1. Navigate to the store overview and select the store for which you want to enable the back-up pixel access token.

2. Locate your active Meta connection, or click “Connect” to set up a new connection.

3. Click the “Add Back-Up Pixel Access Token” button to begin the setup process.

4. Navigate to Facebook Business Manager and open the Events Manager.

5. Click on the pixel you want to generate the acces token for, and click on settings. Scroll down to the "Conversion API" section and click on "Generate access token".

6. Copy the newly generated access token.

7. Head back to TrackBee and paste the copied pixel access token in the "Meta access token" field.

8. Click on "Connect" (or "Save" when adding to an existing connection) and you've successfully set-up the back-up Pixel access token.
