Introduction
When using TrackBee, it is important to ensure that no other tracking solutions are connected to your Shopify store. Multiple tracking applications running simultaneously can interfere with your primary tracking setup and may lead to issues such as double-counting of conversions. By deleting these additional tracking solutions within Shopify you will prevent data from being over tracked.
Note: If you experience any difficulties or complications during setup, please reach out to our trusty customer support team!
