Introduction
At TrackBee we offer you a free trial of 30 days. When your free trial ends, you will not be charged automatically. TrackBee only charges you if you have actively selected a subscription plan and entered your payment information. If you haven't done either of these things, your card will not be charged when your free trial ends.
Account Freeze Period
When your free trial expires without an active subscription, your account will enter a freeze period. This grace period gives you time to decide if you want to continue using TrackBee without losing your historical data. This means that all your existing data remains safely stored, but we stop tracking your store during this time. No charges occur during the freeze period.
If you decide not to choose a subscription, we will delete your data from our database after the freeze period ends. Keep in mind that you can reactivate your account anytime by selecting a subscription plan.
Delete your store
If you've decided TrackBee isn't the right fit for your business, you can permanently delete your store at any time.
Steps to delete your store:
Log into your TrackBee account
Navigate to Stores in the main menu
Find the store you want to remove
Click the red bin icon next to that store
Confirm the deletion
Important: Deleting your store will permanently remove all tracking data. This action cannot be undone.
Reactivating Your Account
Reactivating your account is possible at any moment. You can go to TrackBee > Subscriptions and choose the subscription that's best fitted for your organization. Now you can add your store and resume your tracking again!
