Introduction:

We understand that flexibility is key when managing multiple stores, and you might want to pause your subscription for a store temporarily. Here's the current status of this feature and what alternatives are available.


Pausing a Store Subscription: Current Status

As of now, TrackBee does not offer the option to pause a subscription for an individual store. However, we recognize the importance of this feature for our users.

  • Feature Development: We are excited to share that we are actively working on introducing the ability to pause a store subscription. This feature is in development and will be available in the near future.

Alternative Solution: Deleting a Store

In the meantime, if a store is no longer active and you wish to stop tracking it, here's an alternative:

  • Delete the Store in TrackBee: You can remove the store from your TrackBee account. This action will stop all tracking and subscription charges related to that store.

Steps to Delete a Store

  1. Navigate to Your Stores Page: In your TrackBee dashboard, go to the "stores" page.

  2. Select the Store you wish to remove: Go to the settings section for the specific store you wish to remove.

  3. Select the Delete Option: Find and select the option to delete or remove the store from your account.

  4. Confirm the Deletion: Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to delete the store. Please note that this action is irreversible and will stop all tracking for that store.

  5. Delete the TrackBee app from your store:
    To ensure complete removal of TrackBee's tracking, remove the TrackBee app from your store as well.

Important Considerations

  • Irreversible Action: Be aware that deleting a store is a permanent action. If you decide to track the store again in the future, you will need to add it as a new store in your TrackBee account.

  • Data Consideration: We save all store data for a maximum of 30 days after deletion. Before deleting a store, ensure that you have saved or exported any data you might need from TrackBee, as this information will not be retrievable after deletion.
