Introduction
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your TrackBee subscription. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to cancel your subscription and what to do afterward to ensure that your stores and data are properly removed.
Cancelling Your Subscription
As of now, TrackBee allows users to fully cancel their subscription directly from their account settings. Please note that cancelling your subscription will stop all billing for your account once the current billing cycle ends.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Go to Settings: Log in to your TrackBee account and navigate to the Settings page.
Select Subscription: From the left-hand menu, click on Subscription.
Manage Subscription: Click on Manage Subscription to open your billing portal.
Cancel Subscription: Select the option to Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After Cancelling: Delete Your Stores
Once you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. During this time, your tracking will continue to run as normal. After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will stop automatically.
At that point, we recommend deleting your stores from TrackBee to fully complete the cancellation process and ensure that no tracking or data collection continues.
Deleting your stores will stop all tracking and ensure your setup is fully removed.
Steps to Delete a Store
Navigate to Your Stores Page: In your TrackBee dashboard, go to the Stores page.
Select the Store You Wish to Remove: Go to the 'bin' section for the specific store.
Select the Delete Option: Choose the option to delete or remove the store from your account.
Confirm the Deletion: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Remove the TrackBee App from Your Store: To ensure full removal of tracking, uninstall the TrackBee app from your store platform as well.
To complete the cancellation process and ensure that you’re not billed again, you’ll also need to delete your stores associated with TrackBee. This will stop all tracking and data collection.
Important Considerations
Irreversible Action: Deleting a store is a permanent action. If you decide to use TrackBee again, you’ll need to re-add the store as new.
