Written by Julia

Introduction

When you turn on customer segmentation within TrackBee, we create a custom conversions for you inside your Snapchat Ads Manager. This creates two new custom conversions:

  • New Customer Purchase (TrackBee): purchases from customers who buy from your store for the first time.

  • Returning Customer Purchase (TrackBee): purchases from customers who have bought from your store before.

Each one comes with a value, which shows the revenue from those purchases.

Snapchat doesn’t show these columns by default. You add them yourself in Ads Manager, which takes about a minute.
