Choose The Right Pixel Setting
To ensure TrackBee works properly, make sure that the setting is changed to "Always on."
You can change this setting by following the simple steps:
3. Click on Customer Events
4. Find the TrackBee Connect pixel in your list
5. Click on the dropdown menu next to TrackBee Connect
6. Select Always on
It should look like this:
This ensures TrackBee receives all necessary data without interruption.
Why does this Matter for TrackBee?
When set to "optimized", Shopify controls what data TrackBee receives, which can negatively impact TrackBee's ability to function correctly. This may result in:
Incomplete tracking data
Discrepancies in your analytics
Reduced functionality of TrackBee features
Because of these reasons, it's important that the Data Sharing Setting of the TrackBee pixel is set to "Always On".
