With TrackBee's OpenAI Ads integration, you can send conversion data directly to the OpenAI Ads Manager, enabling more accurate tracking and better insight into your campaign performance.
This guide walks you through finding your Pixel ID and Conversion API token in OpenAI Ads Manager, and connecting them to TrackBee.

Step 1: Find your Pixel ID
Go to OpenAI Ads Manager and sign in to your account.
Open your workspace or account from the top navigation.
In the sidebar, navigate to Events Manager (also listed as Measurement or Conversions depending on your account).
Click on Pixels.
Your Pixel ID is shown here. It follows this format:
oai-px-XXXXXXXXXX. Copy this ID, you'll need it in TrackBee.
Step 2: Find Your Secret Key (API Key)
Open OpenAI Platform API Keys and log in
Here you will see your Secret key. This key looks like this:
sk-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Step 3: Connect to TrackBee
Log in to your TrackBee dashboard.
Go to Integrations and select OpenAI.
Paste your Pixel ID (e.g.
oai-px-XXXXXXXXXX) in the corresponding field.Paste your Secret Key in the API Key field.
Save and confirm the connection.
Connected!
And that's it. Now, TrackBee will automatically send your conversion data to OpenAI Ads, giving you more reliable data and better insight into your campaign performance.
