How to Resolve the Error

Follow these steps to ensure you have access to your Google Ads account and reconnect it with TrackBee:

1. Ensure You Have Access to the Google Ads Account:

Log In to Google Ads:

• Go to Google Ads and sign in.

Verify Account Access:

• Confirm that you can access the Google Ads account linked to TrackBee.

• If you cannot access it, contact the account administrator or Google support to regain access.

2. Reconnect Google Ads in TrackBee:

Go to Your TrackBee Account:

• Log in to your TrackBee account.

Navigate to Store Settings:

Select the Store You Want to Edit:

• Click on the store associated with the Google Ads account.

Disconnect the Current Google Ads Connection:

• Scroll down to the Google section.

• Click on “Disconnect” next to your current Google Ads connection.

Reconnect Google Ads:

• Click on “Connect” next to Google.

Authorize TrackBee to Access Your Google Ads Account:

• Return to the Google Conversion Booster setup in TrackBee.
