What Does “Conversion actions not enabled” Mean?

In Google Ads, conversion actions track specific user interactions that are valuable to your business, such as purchases or sign-ups. The error indicates that:

• One or more of the TrackBee conversion actions are currently disabled in your Google Ads account.

• This can severely impact tracking, leading to incomplete or inaccurate data.

Without these conversion actions enabled, TrackBee cannot accurately collect data on your ads’ performance, hindering your ability to optimize campaigns effectively.

How to Resolve the Error

Follow these steps to enable the TrackBee conversion actions in Google Ads:

1. Sign In to Google Ads: Go to Google Ads and log in.

2. Navigate to Goals > Summary: Click the goals icon in the left bar, then click the conversions drop down and select the Summary.

3. Review Your Conversion Actions:

• You will see a list of all your conversion actions.

• Locate the TrackBee conversion actions, typically named “ORDER (TrackBee)” or “TrackBee Order”.

4. Check the Status of Each Conversion Action:

• In the Status column, verify that each TrackBee conversion action is Enabled.

• Disabled conversion actions may be marked as Removed or Paused.

5. Enable Disabled Conversion Actions:

• For any TrackBee conversion action that is disabled:

• Click on the conversion action name.

• Click Edit settings.

• Find the Status option and set it to Enabled.

• Click Save to apply the changes.

6. Repeat for Other Conversion Actions:

• If there are multiple TrackBee conversion actions disabled, repeat step 5 for each one.

7. Verify in TrackBee:

• Return to your TrackBee account.

• Navigate to the Google Conversion Booster setup.

• Click “Check Setup” to confirm that the error has been resolved.
