When setting up the Google Conversion Booster in TrackBee, you might encounter certain errors that can hinder optimal tracking and performance. This guide provides a comprehensive list of possible errors and actionable steps to resolve them.

Google has indicated that your ad account is suspended. Verify the status of your Google Ads account. If you believe this suspension is a mistake, please contact Google Ads support to resolve the issue.

Google Auto-Tagging must be enabled for proper tracking. This feature automatically appends Click-IDs to your ad URLs, allowing for accurate attribution. Please enable Auto-Tagging in your Google Ads settings.

The TrackBee order conversion actions are not set as the primary actions in Google Ads, or there are other primary actions besides the two TrackBee actions. Update your Google Ads settings to ensure only the two TrackBee conversion actions are marked as primary. If this configuration is intentional, you may ignore this warning.

Some conversion actions are assigned incorrect categories (e.g., page views marked as add-to-carts). Update the categories of your conversion actions in Google Ads. Alternatively, you can reconnect to Google Ads through TrackBee to allow us to update them for you automatically.

One or more conversion actions have incorrect types (e.g., the ORDER_BOOSTER conversion action is marked as WEBPAGE instead of UPLOAD_CLICKS). Please update the types in your Google Ads settings or reconnect to Google Ads via TrackBee to let us correct them for you.

One or more TrackBee conversion actions are disabled in Google Ads, which can severely impact tracking. Please enable all TrackBee conversion actions in your Google Ads account settings to ensure accurate data collection.

Your conversion actions are not properly linked. To fix this, remove your current Google Ads connection in TrackBee and reconnect it. This process will help establish the correct linkage of conversion actions.

The most recent version of the TrackBee Conversion Booster script was not detected on your website. Please revisit the setup guide and install the latest script, ensuring all steps are followed correctly.

Ensure you still have access to the Google Ads account and try again. If the error persists, remove the Google Ads connection in TrackBee and reconnect it. Should the problem continue after these steps, please contact our support team for further assistance.

We could not access your website. Ensure that your website is live and not restricted by a password or firewall. Make sure it’s accessible to the public and try again.

You have not accepted Google’s Customer Data Terms, which are necessary for data sharing and tracking. Please revisit the setup guide and complete this step to proceed.

Google indicates that your conversion actions are not valid for enhancement. Adjust your conversion action settings in Google Ads to enable enhancement features. Please note that changes may take up to an hour to take effect.

Multiple instances of the TrackBee Conversion Booster script were detected. Remove any old or duplicate scripts from your website to prevent conflicts. Only the latest script should be active for optimal performance.

An outdated version of the TrackBee Conversion Booster script was found on your website. Update to the latest version by following the setup guide again. This ensures you have the most recent features and fixes.

Your Google conversion actions are still being set up, which can take up to 6 hours. Please wait and try again later. If the issue persists after this period, consider rechecking your setup or contacting support.
